Judo: Mauritian Rémi Feuillet wins the bronze medal at the African Championships

Rémi Feuillet took the third place in the under 90 kg category at the Senior African Judo Championships on Saturday in Algeria. The Mauritian signed two victories and a defeat in this competition. He lost against the Egyptian Omar Elramly before recording a victory against the Angolan Adriano Tchissende and the Cameroonian Kevin Budain to secure the bronze medal.
Team Mauritius ends, therefore, this tournament with three medals, thanks to the gold medal of Priscilla Morand (-48 kg), the silver one of Christianne Legentil (-57 kg) and the bronze of Rémi Feuillet, to claim the 4th place at the final ranking behind Algeria, Tunisia and Morocco respectively.
