IOIG 2023: CIJ Meeting was held in Madagascar from the 14th to 16th December.

Further to the Indian Ocean Island Games 2023, scheduled to be held from 25 August to 3 September 2023, a CIJ Meeting was held in Madagascar from the 14th to 16th December.

Mauritius was represented by the President of the Mauritius Olympic Committee, Mr. Philippe Hao Thyn Voon Ha Shun, the 1st Vice President, Mr. Richard Papie and the Secretary General, Mr. Hedley Han Mui and the Director of Sports of the Ministry of Youth Empowerment, Sports and Recreation, Mr. Samoo Pillay. The meeting was focused on discussing on the logistics, implementation and planning for the games where a site visit of the game venues were also conducted.
